We primarily manage Instagram and YouTube — the two highest-impact platforms for sports clubs. If you need TikTok or Facebook covered as well, just ask and we can discuss adding those to your package.
Do I need to give you access to my accounts?
Yes — we'll need manager-level access to post and schedule on your behalf. We use secure methods to add our team without sharing your personal passwords.
How many posts per week do you publish?
It depends on your package — typically 3 to 7 posts per week across platforms, with more during active season and game weeks. We build the schedule around your actual calendar.
Do I have to approve posts before they go live?
That's up to you. Some clubs prefer to review everything first, others give us full authority to post. We work however you're most comfortable.
What if I already have some content but need help posting?
No problem. We can work with content you already have, supplement it with new material we create, or handle the full content pipeline from scratch — whatever your situation calls for.
